An evidence-backed answer

Findings, confidence, and what remains unknown

The numbers behind it

A calculation workbook with assumptions and limitations

A practical next decision

Test an improvement, measure further, or leave it alone

Planned standard price: $2,499. Founding-client pricing is available for our first few clients.

*After payment and acceptance of usable inputs. Implementation is separate.

Your own data

We agree up to two existing reports or exports before paid work begins. You control what you share.

One focused question

One workflow, one location or team, and one accountable owner keep the audit useful and bounded.

A decision you can use

Understand the evidence, the possible economic significance, and whether a change is worth testing.

You can see the symptom. The cause is less clear.

01

Inquiries do not become bookings

You receive calls or requests, but cannot explain which become jobs. Follow-up, fit, capacity, and reporting may each play a part.

02

Follow-up is hard to trace

Your team follows up, but the handoffs and outcomes are unclear. You want evidence before changing the process or buying another tool.

03

The reports leave questions

The numbers in your intake and booking reports do not tell a consistent story. You need to know what can be trusted and what needs better measurement.

Know what deserves your next investment.

The baseline reconciles the agreed workflow against the available records, identifies evidence gaps, and recommends whether to test a recovery, improve measurement, or stop.

A baseline from agreed records

One workflow, an explicit cohort, and a documented range instead of a generic benchmark.

A recovery test only when justified

The baseline can recommend a narrow test, better measurement, or no further work.

Findings you can act on

Keep the decision brief, workbook, and next-step specification. You choose who carries out any subsequent work.

No pressure to continue

Leave with a documented answer, whether the right next step is a test, better measurement, or no further work.

Check fit. Get an answer. Choose your next step.

Three steps. Start with aggregate numbers, verify one workflow when justified, then make a separate implementation decision.

1

Confirm the audit fits

Start with a free, 20-minute Five-Number Leak Screen. We check the question, aggregate numbers, and available reports before recommending paid work.

  • No customer-level records or credentials
  • One suspected workflow break
  • A decision on whether to verify it
2

Audit one agreed workflow

The $999 Verified Revenue Leak Baseline reconciles one agreed workflow using the available records and documents the decision.

  • One workflow, owner, cohort, and measurement rule
  • Calculation workbook and decision brief
  • One recovery-test specification if justified
3

Choose the next move

If a recovery test is justified, it becomes a separately scoped Recovery Sprint. If not, the buyer keeps a documented answer and no implementation is sold.

  • Implementation is never automatic
  • Credit forward within 30 days if a sprint is signed
  • One workflow at a time

Built for service businesses with a team, steady inquiries, and questions about conversion.

These businesses often have an observable path from inquiry to booking, completion, estimate, or recurring service — enough to examine one workflow without a broad transformation project.

Inquiry-led businesses

Customers call, submit a form, or request a consultation. You want to understand which inquiries become booked work and why others do not.

Estimate and appointment workflows

Your team sends quotes, follows up, or schedules visits. You want a clearer picture of one handoff using records you already have.

What makes the audit a fit

A specific question, a named workflow owner, and up to two usable reports. We confirm fit before accepting paid work. A company-wide review or substantial data cleanup needs a different scope.

A useful answer—even if you never buy implementation.

The audit stands on its own. Use the findings with your team or another provider, or ask Clocktower to scope a test when the evidence supports it.

Bounded discovery first

The free Five-Number Leak Screen uses aggregate counts to determine whether paid verification is justified.

One priced baseline

The $999 Verified Revenue Leak Baseline covers one workflow and gives you a documented decision.

The simplest sufficient remedy

Recommendations can include clarifying ownership, simplifying a handoff, or configuring existing software. Automation is an option when it is justified.

Humans stay in control

External sends, pricing, scheduling, and customer commitments stay in your hands. AI supports the work—it does not decide.

Verified Revenue Leak Baseline

Ask About the Audit

What you get

  • Five business days after payment and accepted inputs
  • 2–4 page decision brief
  • Calculation workbook with assumptions and sensitivity range
  • Evidence-quality and limitation notes
  • One recovery-test specification when justified
  • 30-minute readout and one factual-correction round
  • No implementation, custom integrations, or ongoing monitoring

A small pilot. Clear terms before we start.

If the audit supports a Recovery Sprint, we scope one workflow and agree how to judge the result.

  • Agree the test. Baseline, target, eligible work, measurement window and your team's responsibilities are written down before launch.
  • Know the price. A fixed base covers agreed implementation. Any success fee has a written formula and a cap; third-party costs need your approval.
  • Pay for verified performance. No success fee unless the agreed target is met and the result is verified. If it is missed or cannot be verified, no success fee is due. The base fee for delivered work and approved costs still apply.
  • Choose what follows. Stop, hand over, or agree a next step at the review. No automatic retainer.

The audit's refund promise covers the report. Pilot pricing, attribution rules, delivery remedies and any changes to the test are agreed separately in writing.

Clear evidence. Visible assumptions. Your decision.

What owners ask before starting.

What do I get from the audit?

We review one agreed workflow at one location or team using your existing reports. You receive a short decision brief, a calculation workbook showing how we reached the findings, and a practical recommendation: test an improvement, improve measurement, or leave the workflow alone. Where a recovery test is justified, we outline it. We walk you through the findings in a 30-minute readout.

What does it cost?

The founding-client price is $999 for our first few clients. The planned standard price is $2,499. We confirm availability, scope, and the fee before you pay. The initial 20-minute fit conversation is free; the audit is paid upfront after we agree the scope. Implementation and ongoing support are separate.

How much time will this take?

Start with a free, 20-minute conversation using summary numbers to check whether the audit fits. If you proceed, we agree up to two existing reports and deliver the audit within five business days after payment and written confirmation that the inputs are usable. You then join a 30-minute readout. If we are waiting on you for agreed inputs, we pause the clock and let you know. You can request factual corrections within seven calendar days of delivery.

What information do you need?

For the free conversation, summary numbers are enough; no exports or system access. For an inquiry-to-booking workflow, we look at inquiries received, reached, booked, and completed, plus average revenue per completed job for the same period. For the paid audit, we agree up to two existing reports, usually covering 30 days; up to 90 days only if needed and agreed in advance. Share summary data or remove customer identifiers. We can reconcile figures by screen share with you in control. Do not send records or passwords through the inquiry form.

What if the report is not worth the fee?

Worth it or it's free. If at the readout you don't think the report was worth $999, say so and I'll refund you in full. Keep the report. You judge its value; you do not need to prove an error or buy implementation.

What if there is nothing worth fixing?

That is a useful answer too. We may recommend leaving the workflow alone or improving measurement before spending more. We explain what the records support and what remains uncertain. The audit does not promise recovered revenue, and the same full-refund value promise applies at the readout.

Do I need new software or have to hire you to implement the findings?

No. The audit uses existing reports and does not require new software or your system passwords. You can use the findings with your own team, take them to another provider, or ask us to scope a Recovery Sprint. Implementation, integrations, and ongoing monitoring are not included in the audit.

How does an optional Recovery Sprint work?

We agree one workflow, a starting baseline, a target, how results will be checked, a measurement period, and responsibilities before work begins. The pilot has a fixed implementation fee plus any agreed, capped success fee. No success fee is due if the target is missed or the result cannot be verified; the base fee for delivered work and approved third-party costs still apply. Where results cannot be attributed reliably, we use a fixed-fee scope instead. The audit refund promise covers the report, not the pilot. Continuing after the pilot requires a separate agreement.

Can the audit fee count toward a Recovery Sprint?

Yes. If you sign a separately scoped Recovery Sprint within 30 calendar days of audit delivery, the audit fee you paid and have not had refunded is credited against its fixed base fee. The credit has no cash value and does not cover success fees or third-party costs. There is no automatic enrollment.

What if I cancel or you cannot deliver?

Cancel before analysis starts for a full refund. For other cancellations after work starts and before the readout, we retain half the fee and refund half ($499.50 each at the founding price). If we cannot deliver the agreed audit from inputs we accepted, you receive a full refund. If we miss the deadline for reasons within our control, you can accept a revised date or cancel for a full refund before delivery. The separate full-refund value promise applies at the readout.

Does founding-client pricing require a case study?

No. We may invite you to share feedback or participate in a case study, but participation is optional and does not require a positive review. We ask for separate approval before publishing your name, results, or business information.

What would you like to work better?

Describe the problem you are seeing. We will reply within one business day to assess fit and arrange a free, 20-minute screen using aggregate numbers.

This is an inquiry, not a purchase. We confirm the workflow, available reports, scope, and terms before you decide whether to proceed.
